ABI was selected as the Plans Review and Code Inspector for Rebman Apartments, a new four-story, mixed-use development located at 800 South Queen Street in Lancaster City.
The building’s first floor will house Rebmans’ Fresh Market, a convenience-style grocery store offering fresh, locally sourced, prepackaged foods designed for quick and healthy access. The upper floors will provide 52 workforce family rental units, including a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.

A standout feature of the development is its environmentally focused design. The project incorporates a vegetative green roof with raised beds for growing fresh produce and flowers. This space not only enhances urban greening but also serves as a sustainable solution for stormwater runoff management.
